Our company was originally formed as Blackhawk Construction in July of 1990, the Homecare end of the business was developed less than a year later after being called upon to do our first accessible home modification.

Providing our remodeling services that now made a huge difference in clients lives was a tremendous feeling. The specifics needs of an individual spawned a creative design and sales end of our business we would have never imagined. As a result, we now operate primarily under the Blackhawk Homecare name.

Much of our business model is an evolution of change as the world of accessibility evolves into the public awareness and compliance arena. We provide a realm of access products, inclusive design and consulting services that are specific to your individual needs. Even though we no longer contract remodel, we can assist you in project coordination where you have control of the entities involved, and more importantly your project costs.
